// AUSTRIA Coincidentally enough, Austria was the very first foreign country I ever visited, way back in 1996, when I flew alone on airplane to visit an exchange student who had stayed at my school. I say coincidentally because it was also the final country of my travels, of my nine year sojourn across the globe. Flying in a holding pattern during Covid had drained my finances, truthfully I was exhausted regardless and ready for new chapters in life, and Europe was still far from fully opening again, meaning I couldn't see all I wanted to see. Vienna and Graz were lovely, as all places in Europe are lovely. But as they say, all good things must come to an end. And with that, I end these travels, my friends. May the magic always sustain you. Yours, Daniel.
